Rhubarb Crumble

A bit different from the classic apple crumble but tastes just as good.
Ingredients:
2 lb rhubarb
4 oz sugar
juice of 1 Orange

7 oz flour
4 oz butter
4 oz brown sugar
1 hand full of oatmeal or corflakes

Cut rhubarb into small lengths and place it into an ovenproof dish along with sugar and orange juice.
Prepare the crumble by mixing the flour, butter and oatmeal until it looks like breadcrumbs. Then spread it over the fruit mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 370 F° for 30 – 35 min.

Serve with cream, yoghurt or ice cream.
