Sugar Snaps Salad with Soy Bean Sprouts and Apples

Long name I know, but this is great dish for taking to work or school. You can prepare it the night before and store in the fridge over night. It will actually even taste better then. Tastes Great with bread and cream cheese

What you need:

2 c. sugar snaps
2 c. soy bean sprouts
3 green asparagus stalks
1/2 cucumber
1 spring onion
1 green apple
1 celery stalk

6 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs vinegar
6 tbs sesame
parsley (optional)

Cook asparagus for about 3 -5 min. In the meantime wash all the fruits and vegetables and cut them into pieces. When asparagus is ready cut into small pieces too and mix with the other ingredients.
For the dressing you need to cho up the parsley and mix it with soy sauce vinegar and sesame. Then add to the salad.
