Fruit – Cress Sandwich and Wrap

Works great as breakfast or lunch

For Sandwich:
english muffin
cream cheese
3 – 5 banana slices
cress

Toast english muffin. When done spread cream cheese on the two halves, add banana slices and cress and you’re done

For Wrap:
soft taco shell
cream cheese
4 -5 strawberries
cress

optional: you can add the rest of the banana you used for the sandwich or add some chicken breast or cheese

Cut strawberries into small slices. Heat taco shell. Afterwards spread cream cheese on it, add strawberries cress and if you like chicken or cheese and fold it.
