Tomato Yelly on Goat Cheese

What you need:

1 lb peeled tomatoes
1 tbs honey
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tbs Agar Agar
salt and pepper

Goat cream cheese (depends on how much you like to eat)

Slice the tomatoes, pur̩e them if you like, and bring to boil in large saucepan over medium heat. When it starts boiling reduce heat and add honey, thyme and agar agar. Simmer for about 5 Р7 minutes.

Place portions of the cream cheese in desert bowls or on plates and spoon the tomato mixture over it. Store in a fridge or cold room for at least 6 hours.
