Banana Casserole

I’m not sure if Casserole is the right term here. I came up with this when I had already spend most of my WW points on a potato tortilla dinner but still desperately wanted dessert.
I know mixing potatoes and bananas seems a bit weird at first, my family thought so too, but they all liked it in the end.

What you need:
2 big bananas
2 small potatoes
2 tbs honey

Preheat oven to 300 °F. Boil potatoes until they are soft. Remove skin and mash them. Slice bananas and place in the same bowl as the potatoes. Pour honey on top and mash until it becomes a thick mixture.

Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of an adequate oven dish and bake for 30 -40 min.

Makes 4 servings. The servings may look small (see picture) but are very filling
