Green Mango Smoothie

I love this, it’s refreshing and low on calories, while it still tastes amazing. It certainly has a freakish color too.

For 3 big smoothies:

2 ripe mangos
2 hand full of baby spinach
1 c cold water
1 c crushed ice

Preparation is simple. Cut the Mangos, place into a food processor along with the other ingredients and process until smooth.

Even if you do not like spinach a lot, it’s worth trying this as will barely taste the spinach and it’s full of vitamins and minerals.
