Healthy Recipes and more
Those are just delicious. Full of sugar but still delicious.
Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of mine but I found one on the internet that looks exactly like the one I took, although they used quite a different (and more healthy) recipe.
Anyways, here is my Recipe.
2 cups of sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs of coconut milk
2 cups coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut flakes (to decorate)
Place sugar, lemon juice and coconut milk into a large saucepan and bring to boil at medium heat, constantly stirring. When it starts boiling add coconut flakes, stir and turn off heat. Keep in saucepan until the mixture has cooled down a bit and become sticky. Form little balls or squares or whatever you like out of it and cover with coconut flakes. Let cool down until it becomes hard
