Egg Tuna Salad


Pretty cool high protein dish. I made this for BBQ party and it was quite a success. It’s not super healthy, but won’t ruin your diet either.

2 boiled eggs
4 ozĀ  Tuna
1/2 red pepper
1/4 cup chopped dill
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Chop eggs, celery and pepper. Place in a big bowl and add Tuna, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Stir and taste with salt and pepper.

    If you’re low carb like me, this *IS* healthy. Thanks for the idea. I’m going to have to try this one. I never thought of mixing egg and tuna before.

      good to hear. I don’t usually do low carb,but I just started p90x and they recommend eating a lot of protein, so I’ve been looking for good high protein recips. I find it really hard though
