Strawberry – Kiwi Smoothie

Strawberries were on sale this week, so I bought 3 lb of them. I also made delicious Strawberry – Chilli Spring Rolls out of them. The recipe will follow tomorrow.
This is a fairly thin smoothie but still pretty good. With 0 Weight Watchers points it’s also very healthy and contains not too many calories.

1/2 lb strawberries
2 kiwis (peeled)
juice of 3 lemons
1 banana
1 1/2 cup soda
crushed ice

Blend all ingredients together and serve.

You don’t have to use soda, it works well with (soy) milk or just water too, but I like the kinda sparkling effect soda has in there.
