Alaska Backpack Bread

The upsides of this bread are that it can be stored fairly long and is very nutritious. It’s a bit sweet but not so sweet that it would be weird to eat cheese or meat on it.And of course that it’s delicious and very fluffy

ingredients:
2 1/2 c flour
1/4 c wheat bran
1/4 c flaxseed
1/4 c protein powder (I took strawberry flavour, but go for whatever you prefer)
1/4 c wild or fir honey
2 tbsp sesame seed
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt
roughly 1/3 c water

If you want to, you can add raisins and nuts to it.

Preheat oven to 350
Place first 8 ingredients into a large bowl. Slowly add water while constantly stirring. Mix until smooth. You may need a little more or a little less than 1/3 cup water. The mixture should be very thick.
Spoon into an appropriate oven dish and bake for 30 – 40 min
