Rosemary Potatoes

That’s how I like to do rosemary potatoes. Super simple to make and always turns out well. It’s not only very healthy but also rather cheap. With less than one 1 € , only a couple of cents for the dried rosemary and less than 1 € for the fresh one, it’s a great low-budget meal. Great Weight Watchers dish too, serve with vegetable and you’ll get a tasty low point, meal.

What you need:

3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp white vinegar
8 – 10 small potatoes
4 stalks of fresh rosemary (optional but recommended)

PreHeat oven to 350
Place olive oil, salt, dried rosemary and vinegar into a large oven dish and stir well. Wash potatoes and cut them in halves. Place them into the oven dish and stir a little if you want to them to get soaked in the liquid a bit better, but be sure to bake them with the flat side down. Lastly put the rosemary stalks on top of the potatoes (optional) and bake for 50 – 60 min

Makes 3 – 4 servings
