All natural & Vegan apple pie cookies

Granted, they are not as good as real apple pie, but considering how much of the unhealthy stuff you leave out, they’re a worthy alternative.  Almost no fat or added sugar.

What you need:

2 apples
1 handful of raisins
1 c oats
1/2 c flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 c water

Sounds like a long list but is actually very easy and quick.

Preheat oven to 325 °F.Remove seed from apples and cut into small slices. Mix with raisins and cinnamon in a big bowl. Add other ingredients and stir until smooth. Form little cookies out of it and bake for 40 min.

Obviously it’s supposed to be an alternative to fattening apple pie but they are so healthy that there is nothing wrong with eating them for breakfast or lunch too, not just dessert. The only downside is that you can’t store for really long. They taste best warm. They still taste great when cooled down, but only ok the next day. After 2 days they don’t really taste good at all
