There are very sophisticated versions of tzadziki out there, this one is not. It’s a very simple version of it but still tastes better and is healthier than the bought ones.
Not really. As you have probably already guessed there is no actual pasta in here. But it looks a bit like that, doesn’t it? And it’s still a great, filling meal.
I’ve done this for a party and it was a great success. This recipe gives a huge portion though, so needless to say if you’re only cooking for a small group, make a smaller potion. It makes a very good party dish though because you don’t need to it serve hot, lukewarm or cold will also do, and you can store it in the fridge overnight.
I believe Ćevapi is traditional Bulgarian dish, at least it has its origins in the Balkan area, so I will need to make a new category for that. Usually it’s eaten with rice, potatoes or flat bread, but I tried a lighter version here by eating it with salad
Dressing are often full of fat and so is this one. I didn’t use any oil but the gorgonzola itself is quite fattening.It’s still a lot healthier than the ones you can buy though and doesn’t take too much time to prepare.
I love this one. It’s delicious and you can store it for 2 – 3 days. Great for lazy afternoons and evenings, with some wine. It’s not really a cake, I guess, but I categorized it as one for a lack of a better term.
I used a traditional Risotto recipe (just with a bit less fat) for this one and added green peppers, tomatoes and thyme but you can really use whatever kind of vegetable and spice you like, just have fun with it
The baguettes are great, but I particularly love the tomato butter, because it’s so simple to make and taste delicious. Works great as side dish or as lunch just by itself
Another great summer dish. Inexpensive and easy to prepare. I categorized it as dinner but it works great as lunch too. You can easily store it overnight and add to your lunchbox the next morning. It’s extremely low on weight watchers points too, with only 2 points for the potatoes itself and none for the marinade.
I’m not sure if it’s actually spanish but at least I got this recipe from an spanish exchange student. It certainley tastes kinda mediterranean and is great for warm summer nights, along with red wine.
My favourite part of this dish are the dinner rolls that go great with a lot of other dishes too

The potatoes itself contain only 2 weight watchers points, the vegetable pancakes 2 or more each, depending on how much cheese you decide to add
Ok, I have to admit,by definition, this is not actually a Quiche. But I don’t know what other name to use for this, so I just used Quiche, hoping no one would mind. I’ve been told it sounds very fancy, is very easy to make though.
Once you have dough settled you just mash the other ingredients together and but it in the oven.
This is one of my favourites. It tastes kinda refreshing, like summer, is easy to make, very healthy and low on Weight Watchers points. Assuming you eat all of it alone, do not add parmesan and use whole grain spaghetti you will end up with only 7 points. But you can easily share it with 3 or 4 others and/or add less oil so you will have end up with fewer points.
