Mixed Berry Pie

This is so amazing. I used stevia instead of sugar to safe some calories, it’s still pretty unhealthy but not too bad. And it’s pie you don’t eat it everyday, so enjoy!

Classic Strawberry Cake

Another one of my fathers favourite cakes, my Mom always used to do this for his birthday. This actually is quite healthy for a cake. There is almost no fat and lots of fruit, if you take whole grain flour it becomes even better. Of course it still contains lots of carbs, but hey it’s a cake.
You don’t have to use strawberries of course, you could also use green apples or kiwis with green jello or bananas and mangos with yellow jello ,just have fun with it

Cantuccini

I love this one. It’s delicious and you can store it for 2 – 3 days. Great for lazy afternoons and evenings, with some wine. It’s not really a cake, I guess, but I categorized it as one for a lack of a better term.

Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest Cake)

Very traditional german recipe and my fathers favourite. Unfortunately it’s usually very fattening but I tried to switch it up a little so it becomes a bit more healthy.

Lemon Avocado Cake

When I was kid my favourite color was green, so for my birthday parties my Mom tried to make green dishes only. The cake actually does have quite a nice color but you can’t see it through the crust I added, so may want to leave that out. It also makes the cake very sweet so if you don’t like that add lemon icing instead or just leave it way it is
