Zero Point Pasta Napoli
Not really. As you have probably already guessed there is no actual pasta in here. But it looks a bit like that, doesn’t it? And it’s still a great, filling meal.
Bean Dip
If you like hot dishes this is amazing. No fat, no sugar just veggies. I guess this wouldn’t really be a zero points dish because canned veggies do have some points, but I honestly don’t see why. Of course you have to be carefull with canned food, but the cans I got contained beans/peppers and salt only. I don’t see whats wrong with that. They are a great alternative if you don’t have a lot of time. I’m also a big fan canned, peeled tomatoes for i.e. tomato soups. It’s just so much faster and I suck at peeling them.
Bean Taco Filling
I tried something different here and it worked out quite well. The filling itself also doesn’t have any weight watchers points, which makes it a great low-fat alternative to meat
Strawberry – Kiwi Smoothie
Strawberries were on sale this week, so I bought 3 lb of them. I also made delicious Strawberry – Chilli Spring Rolls out of them. The recipe will follow tomorrow.
This is a fairly thin smoothie but still pretty good. With 0 Weight Watchers points it’s also very healthy and contains not too many calories.
Green Mango Smoothie
I love this, it’s refreshing and low on calories, while it still tastes amazing. It certainly has a freakish color too.
Gazpacho
Great for hot summer days and an incredibly healthy dish, involving plenty of raw vegetables. Easy and quick to prepare.
Avocado – Arugula Pesto
Very simple and low-calorie recipe. If you leave out the feta cheese the pesto itself does not have any weight watchers points and if you combine it with whole grain pasta you’ll have a great 3 points meal that takes less than 10 min
Pear – Apple Compote (on Yoghurt)
Very simple and healthy dessert. The kids I babysit always love it and its way better than the ones you can buy. The compote itself consists of fruits only and thus contains 0 Weight Watchers points.
